Jeff Wright

Jeff Wright

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jeff is a Utah native and a leader with over 20 years of experience integrating the functions of people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategies.

He has lived abroad with his family for over 10 years leading a multinational organization and is a Master in follow-through with the unique ability to execute the vision of the Company and help team members stick to this vision. Jeffrey holds an MBA from Westminster College and has been recognized repeatedly for exemplary performance and contributions throughout his career.

His greatest accomplishment is of a father and individual dedicated to giving back to the community. He has dedicated more than 7,400 hours of his personal time in service both locally and abroad to give back to his communities

Jake Wright

Jake Wright

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jake is a Utah native and Jeff's son. Though early in his career, Jake has already founded a revenue-generating division from the ground up and built a strong track record of turning manual processes into efficient automated systems, with multiple projects saving 1,500 hours a year.

He currently works as a Process Automation Developer at Zions Bank and holds a BS in Information Systems from the BYU Marriott School of Business. His expertise is in technology, automation, and operational efficiency.

Fluent in Spanish and shaped by two years of leadership abroad, Jake brings both technical depth and strong intercultural communication skills to every project. When he isn't working on a project, he enjoys spending time with family and the outdoors.
